Meet Theresa
After encountering some personal challenges about 10 years ago, Theresa began a journey of self-discovery including a "Top 45 at 45" list. After recently graduating from Accomplishment Coaching’s Leadership & Life Coach Program, she felt a calling to share her journey with others. As she continues to grow after overcoming her challenges, Theresa realizes the importance of well-being, self-awareness, continued learning and maintaining lasting relationships. She continues to practice the skills she learned in her life coaching program and applies them to her personal life as well as to her real-estate business—which has helped her cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships in both realms. She is excited to help others find their true essence and learn to live their best lives.
Through TOPS Group Life Coaching, Theresa encouraged me to seek a new career path, and after 3 months of diligently searching, I found a more well-suited employer. I have so many new life skills to apply to this next chapter and look forward to forging new relationships and making every day meaningful. Truly a life-changing program!
